Kaylen Moline, MPH

Kaylen Moline is a Research Coordinator at the UCSD Center for Healthy Eating and Activity Research.  Kaylen received her B.S. in Sociology from UCSD and has experience providing health services to underserved communities in Liberia, Nicaragua and the Mentawai Sumatran Islands. Kaylen also worked with the Maternal and Child Hospital in Ulaanbaatar , the capital city of Mongolia to conduct a study examining postpartum depression in Mongolian women.  Kaylen returned to school to pursue her MPH focusing on international maternal and child healthcare at the University of Southern California.  Kaylen’s research interests include eating disorders, obesity, binge eating, and picky eating.  She also is a San Diego native and spends her spare time giving back to the community by providing surf therapy to children with developmental disabilities.
