Our welcoming outpatient groups are available throughout the year, offering a nurturing space where you can learn a variety of emotional, cognitive, and physiological strategies to effectively manage emotional and binge eating. Groups offer the opportunity, not only to learn from the therapist but from others in similar situations. We rotate through different therapeutic approaches – Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Regulation of Cues (ROC). Each of these methods has been scientifically proven to help reduce episodes of emotional and binge eating, and our supportive environment is designed to empower you every step of the way in your journey towards better health and well-being.
