Naomi is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and an Alumna at both UC San Diego and Alliant’s California School of Professional Psychology. Naomi possesses comprehensive experience providing mental health services to a variety of individuals and their families ranging from: youths, Transitional Aged Youths (TAY) to adults. She has worked in a variety of settings which include: School-based, Residential, Partial Hospitalization (PHP), Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and Outpatient (OP) levels of care. She also holds experience as a Research Associate for San Diego’s Veteran Affairs. She has knowledge working with dually diagnosed individuals, in addition to providing care for persons with Severe Mental Illness (SMI). In her field experience, she held positions to include: Case Manager, Therapist to Management, therefore understands the complexities and uniqueness of each role and their value in a patient’s care. During her free time, she collects priceless, one-of-a-kind artwork from local artists (her kids) and enjoys watching true crime documentaries and psychological thrillers.
